What kind of mortgage rate can you get? Contact a REPUTABLE LOCAL mortgage company to find out what you are eligible for. It also makes sense to shop a few of these reputable companies as well. When speaking to a lender, be sure to get a "pre-approval" letter as you will most likely need to have this letter when you want to make an offer on your next home.

The mortgage rates listed below will give you a general idea of what rates are doing today and are more of a national average. Rates will vary depending on loan type, loan amounts, credit scores, etc so please contact your lender to get a better idea of what you can get.
